Warranty policy

Cellular Sales makes no warranty with regard to your Device.  However, if purchased new, your Device does include a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Most manufacturer warranties extend for a period of one year and exclude coverage for physical, water, or other damage.  In addition, warranty claims, depending on the manufacturer, may be satisfied with certified “like-new” devices. Please refer to the warranty information provided with your Device for specific details.

Cellular Sales does assist the manufacturer with warranty claims occurring within 30 days following the date of purchase and these claims must be made at a Cellular Sales store.   After this period, you should contact the manufacturer directly with warranty claims.

You agree to rely exclusively on the manufacturer’s warranty in the event your Device is faulty. While we will attempt to assist in all manufacturer warranty claims, WITH REGARD TO YOUR DEVICE, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
