Job Scam and Fraud Warning

As used herein, “Cellular Sales” (and the corresponding terms “we,” “us,” and “our”) refers to Cellular Sales Management Group, LLC or Cellular Sales Services Group, LLC, as the context requires. Cellular Sales Management Group, LLC operates this website and its related systems. Cellular Sales Services Group, LLC is the employer of record for Cellular Sales personnel and assigns employees to its various operating affiliates.

Cellular Sales takes the security of our applicants seriously. We are aware that individuals and organizations sometimes fraudulently misrepresent themselves as Cellular Sales representatives in an attempt to obtain personal information, financial information, or money from job seekers. This Notice is intended to help applicants and Talent Network participants identify legitimate communications from Cellular Sales and avoid recruiting-related fraud.

Indicators of Legitimate Cellular Sales Communications. Applicants may rely on the following indicators when evaluating whether a recruiting communication is genuinely from Cellular Sales:

  • Official Cellular Sales recruiting emails are sent from addresses ending in @cellularsales.com. Communications from free email services (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, or similar providers) or from domains that merely resemble our official domain are not legitimate Cellular Sales communications.
  • Cellular Sales conducts interviews in person at our offices or through recognized video conferencing platforms. We do not conduct interviews exclusively through text-based messaging applications, chat rooms, or encrypted messaging services.
  • All legitimate job openings are posted on our official careers site at cellularsales.com/careers. Applicants are encouraged to verify any opportunity by locating the corresponding posting on the official careers site before responding to a recruiter.

Practices Cellular Sales Will Never Engage In. In the course of recruiting, hiring, or onboarding, Cellular Sales will never:

  • Ask an applicant to pay a fee, deposit, or other charge as a condition of applying for, interviewing for, or accepting a position;
  • Require an applicant to purchase equipment, software, gift cards, or other items in connection with the application or onboarding process;
  • Request bank account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, wire transfer information, cryptocurrency payments, or other financial account credentials during the application or interview process;
  • Request a Social Security number, driver’s license image, passport image, or similar government-issued identification through unsolicited email or messaging prior to a formal, verified offer of employment; or
  • Extend a job offer without first conducting a substantive interview through one of the channels described above.

If You Suspect Fraud. If you receive a communication that purports to be from Cellular Sales and that you believe may be fraudulent, you should not respond to the communication, should not provide any personal or financial information, and should not transmit any funds or items of value to the sender. You may report the suspicious communication to Cellular Sales at hr@cellularsales.com and, where appropriate, preserve copies of the communication (including sender address, message headers, and any attachments) to assist in our review.
