This role is full-time in field, supporting the technology that our people rely on every day. As a Field Technician, you’ll ensure that our stores’ systems and equipment are up to date, so that we can serve our customers effectively.
You’ll independently troubleshoot, solve connectivity issues, and oversee new equipment setups across your assigned territory while maintaining contact with the operations team for guidance and escalation when needed.

Our field techs support the technology inside our stores, ensuring that employees can operate effectively. This includes troubleshooting connectivity issues, fixing in-store equipment, setting up displays, and performing system maintenance.Will I work directly with customers or customer devices?
No, you will not work on customer phones, tablets, or personal devices. You’ll work with Cellular Sales employees and store technology to keep locations operating smoothly.Do I need previous technical experience?
Technical experience is typically required. We provide paid, hands-on training to help you learn our systems, tools, and processes. Candidates with strong foundational knowledge and a demonstrated aptitude for learning may also be considered.What does the schedule look like?
Schedules vary by territory and business needs. Field Technicians manage their daily routes and priorities within their assigned area. Store needs can shift throughout the week, so strong organization, adaptability, and communication are important in this role.How much travel or drive time is involved?
Travel is primarily within your assigned territory, typically built around where you live. Drive time varies by market size and support needs, and all required drive time is paid. Occasional travel outside your home area may be required when additional support is needed.Is this a contract or temporary role?
