This role is full-time in field, supporting the technology that our people rely on every day. As a Field Technician, you’ll ensure that our stores’ systems and equipment are up to date, so that we can serve our customers effectively.

You’ll independently troubleshoot, solve connectivity issues, and oversee new equipment setups across your assigned territory while maintaining contact with the operations team for guidance and escalation when needed.

Once you click to apply, here’s what you can expect during the hiring process.

Step 1:
Application review

We check out your technical background, experience, and alignment with the role and our territory needs.

Step 2:
Phone screen

You’ll chat with a recruiter to discuss your skills, interest in field-based work, and the job requirements.

Step 3:
Leadership review

Successful candidates are passed on to Field Tech leadership for consideration and next step approval.

Step 4:
First interview

Once you’ve passed the leadership review, we’ll contact you for a structured interview, which may include:

Step 5:
Final interview

This takes place at our Knoxville, TN headquarters. If selected, all your required travel is covered.

Step 6:
Congratulations
