As a condition to returning your Device within the Worry Free Period and electing to cancel your Verizon Agreement rather than selecting an alternative device, you agree to remit to Cellular Sales the applicable restocking fee (as set forth below) at the time of the return.
Standard Restocking Fee
Returned device satisfies Return Conditions
Damaged Device Restocking Fee
Returned device is damaged but operable (cracked screen, chipped corner, etc.)
Unusable Device Restocking Fee
Returned device is water damaged or otherwise inoperable (will not turn on and/or will not function properly)
