How do I return my online purchase? 1. Look up the order you wish to return. (Have your order number and location number handy. These can be found on your email confirmation.)
2. Cancel your service by calling the number on your receipt.
3. Pack the merchandise (include phone, charger, battery, manuals, etc.) in its original box and shipping carton.
4. Print your return-shipping label and affix to your package.
Once we receive your complete and undamaged returned equipment, we will issue a refund. Purchases made by credit card will be refunded through a credit to your credit card (which may take up to 3 weeks).
