Disney Bundle Instructions

Enrollment Steps via My Verizon Mobile App

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap the More icon (bottom-right)
  3. Tap Add-ons & Apps (sign-in if prompted)
  4. Tap the Entertainment tab
  5. Look for the Disney Bundle and tap Learn More
  6. Tap the Enroll button
  7. Enter the email address you will use for your Disney Bundle subscription and tap the Validate button
  8. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions, and then tap the Confirm button
  9. You’ll see a confirmation that you’re enrolled in the Disney Bundle

Disney+ Account Setup

Once you have enrolled in the Disney Bundle, you’ll need to setup / link each of your subscriptions, starting with Disney+.

  1. From the Confirmation screen, tap the Go to Disney button
  2. A browser window opens with Disney’s Privacy Policy and the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, which you should review
  3. Tap the Agree & Continue button
  4. You will be prompted to create a password or enter your existing password if you already have an account associated with your email

Hulu Account Setup

After setting up your Disney+ account, you need to setup / link your Hulu subscription.

  1. Tap Activate Hulu from the Disney+ Confirmation screen
  2. The Create Your Account page opens in a browser window, and you will be prompted to create a password or enter your existing password if you already have an account associated with your email
  3. Fill in the remaining fields and tap the Continue Button

ESPN Account Setup

After setting up your Disney+ and Hulu account, you need to setup / link your ESPN+ subscription.

  1. Tap Login to ESPN+ from the Disney+ Confirmation screen or visit plus.espn.com/activate
  2. Tap the Log In & Stream button  from the Welcome page
  3. Enter the email address and password you used for your Disney+ subscription or, if you already have an account associated with your email, enter your existing ESPN+ password
  4. Follow the prompts to update your account and login

  • How long do I have to sign up for The Disney Bundle? Currently, The Disney Bundle through Verizon offer is available until midnight on 5/31/22. You have until then to add or change to a qualifying Unlimited plan and enroll in The Disney Bundle.

  • Hulu (No Ads), Live TV, and Add-ons: Verizon-billed subscribers are not able to switch Hulu plans or sign up for add-ons. If you’re interested in making any of these changes, you’ll want to end your current Disney Bundle subscription and resubscribe directly through Hulu.

What if you already have the Disney Bundle?

If you have an existing subscription billed by Disney

  • Follow the instructions to enroll in the offer through Verizon and log in to your Disney+ account to apply the offer. If you have an existing subscription to the Disney Bundle billed by Disney, the subscription through Verizon will immediately replace your existing subscription. After activating the offer, your monthly subscription purchased through Disney will be cancelled before your next billing date.

If you have an existing subscription and your Disney+, Hulu, or ESPN+ subscription is billed by a third party

  • If any part of your subscription to the Disney Bundle is billed through a third party, like Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, or others, the Verizon offer will not automatically replace that subscription. Billing is managed directly by those stores, and Disney does not have the ability to make changes to those subscriptions. After you enroll in your subscription through Verizon and complete the account setup, you will receive an email with information about how to manage your existing subscription.

If you have an existing subscription billed by Hulu

  • If you are billed for your existing subscription to the Disney Bundle through Hulu, this promotional offer will not automatically replace that subscription. After you enroll in the offer through Verizon and complete account setup of all three services, your Hulu account will show a $13.99/month credit (or an amount equal to the then-current retail price of the Disney Bundle), for as long as you maintain an eligible subscription to the Disney Bundle through Verizon. Unless otherwise directed, you must complete Hulu account setup through the link provided by Disney to receive any credit.

What if you already have a Disney+ subscription?

If you have an existing Disney+ monthly subscription billed by Disney

  • Follow the instructions to enroll in the offer through Verizon and log in to your Disney+ account to apply the offer. If you have an existing subscription to Disney+ billed by Disney, the subscription through Verizon will immediately replace your existing subscription. After activating the offer, your monthly subscription purchased through Disney will be cancelled before your next billing date.

If you have an existing Disney+ annual or multi-year subscription billed by Disney

  • Follow the instructions to enroll in the offer through Verizon and log in to your Disney+ account to apply the offer. If you have an existing Disney+ annual or multi-year subscription billed by Disney, your existing Disney+ subscription will be paused and will automatically resume through Disney when your subscription through the Verizon offer ends. In order for your existing subscription to be paused, you must use the same email to activate your subscription through Verizon that was used to set up the multi-year or annual subscription.

If you have an existing Disney+ subscription billed by a third party

  • If you have an existing Disney+ subscription billed by a third party like Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku or others, your subscription through Verizon will not automatically replace that subscription. Billing is managed directly by those stores, and Disney does not have the ability to make changes to those subscriptions. After you enroll and complete account setup, you will receive an email with information about how to manage your existing subscription.

What if you already have an ESPN+ subscription?

If you have an existing ESPN+ monthly subscription billed by ESPN

  • Follow the instructions to enroll in the offer through Verizon and log in to your account to apply the offer. If you have a monthly subscription billed directly by ESPN, your subscription through the Verizon offer will immediately replace your existing ESPN+ subscription. After activating the offer, your monthly subscription purchased through ESPN will be cancelled before your next billing date.

If you have an existing ESPN+ annual subscription billed by ESPN

  • If you have an annual subscription billed directly by ESPN, your subscription through the Verizon offer will immediately replace your existing ESPN+ subscription. Your ESPN+ annual subscription will be cancelled before your next billing date. If you have questions about the remaining portion of your ESPN+ annual subscription, you may contact ESPN Customer Support at https://help.espnplus.com.

If you have an existing ESPN+ subscription billed by a third party

  • If you have an existing ESPN+ subscription billed by a third party like Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, or others, this promotional offer will not automatically replace that subscription. After you enroll and complete account setup, you will be sent an email with information about how to manage your existing subscription. You will continue to be billed for your existing ESPN+ subscription until you follow the instructions in the email.

What if you already have the Disney Bundle?

If you have an existing Hulu (ad-supported) or Hulu (No Ads) subscription and are billed by Hulu

  • If you have a Hulu (ad-supported) or Hulu (No Ads) subscription billed directly by Hulu, this promotional offer will not automatically replace that subscription. After successfully enrolling and completing account setup of all three Disney Bundle services, existing Hulu (ad-supported) and Hulu (No Ads) subscribers will see a $5.99/month credit (or an amount equal to the then-current retail price of Hulu’s ad-supported plan), for as long as they maintain an eligible subscription through Verizon. Unless otherwise directed, note that in order to receive any credit, existing subscribers must complete Hulu account setup through the link provided by Disney.

If you have an existing subscription to one of Hulu’s Live TV plans and are billed by Hulu

  • If you have an existing subscription to one of Hulu’s Live TV plans and are billed directly by Hulu, you will need to cancel or change your subscription to the Hulu (ad-supported) or Hulu (No Ads) plan in order to complete Hulu account setup.

If you have an existing Hulu annual plan subscription

  • If you have an existing Hulu annual plan subscription, you will need to cancel that subscription in order to complete Hulu account setup. By cancelling, you will forfeit the remainder of your annual subscription period.

If you have an existing Hulu subscription billed by a third party

  • If you have an existing Hulu subscription billed by a third party, you will need to manage your account and wait until the end of your billing period in order to complete Hulu account setup. You will continue to be billed for your existing Hulu subscription until you manage your account.
