Enrollment steps via My Verizon mobile app:

1. Open the app
2. Tap the More icon (bottom right)
3. Tap Add-ons & Apps (sign in if prompted)
4. Tap the Entertainment tab
5. Look for the Disney Bundle and tap Learn More
6. Tap the Enroll button
7. Enter the email address you will use for your Disney Bundle subscription and tap the Validate button
8. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions, then tap the Confirm button
9. You’ll see a confirmation that you’re enrolled in the Disney Bundle

Once you've enrolled, you'll have to set up your subscriptions, starting with Disney+.

1. From your confirmation screen, tap Go to Disney
2. Review Disney’s Privacy Policy and the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement
3. Tap Agree & Continue
4. Create a password or enter your existing password

3. Enter the same email and password you used for your Disney+ subscription or your current ESPN+ password
4. Follow the prompts, update your account, and login

1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon using a user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges

7. To continue, check off 'I accept the Terms & Conditions,' then tap Confirm (to read the Terms & Conditions, tap the link)
8. If applicable, select the appropriate line(s), then tap Send
9. A download link is sent directly to the device for the Apple Music app

   • If accessing from an Apple device,
     • Tap the Entertainment tab (at the top)
     • Scroll to find Apple Arcade, then tap Learn more to view details
     • Review the info, then tap Enroll on an eligible line
5. Review the information, then tap Continue and confirm that you accept the Terms & Conditions (only Apple devices are eligible for Apple Arcade)
6. Tap Send link

Google Play Pass is your ticket to hundreds of awesome games and apps, completely free of ads and in-app purchases.

You must be the Account Owner or Account Manager to activate Google Play Pass on the account.

Follow the instructions to enroll in Google Play Pass through Verizon and sign in to your Google Play Pass account to apply the offer. If you have an existing subscription to Google Play Pass billed by Google, the subscription through Verizon will immediately replace your existing subscription.

If you have an eligible plan, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the My Verizon app
2. Tap the More icon in the lower right, then tap Add-ons & Apps, where you'll be asked to sign in
3. From the Add-ons page, find Google Play Pass and tap Get it Now
4. Review the promotion details and tap Enroll
5. View your Google Play Pass eligible devices and select Continue
6. Accept the Terms & Conditions and disclaimer, then tap Confirm
7. Tap Go to Google Play to set up your account and start playing

Verizon Cloud is a service that offers secure cloud storage to wirelessly back up and sync content between your phone, tablet, computer, and other devices.

Sign up for Verizon Cloud
If you're the Account Owner or Account Manager, you can go to the Add-ons & Apps page in My Verizon to add Verizon Cloud to any line(s) on your account. Or you can sign up through the Verizon Cloud app to add Verizon Cloud to your individual line.

Download the Verizon Cloud app
Verizon Cloud may already be installed on your mobile device. If it isn't, you can download it from your device's app store.

Set up the Verizon Cloud mobile app:

1. Open the Verizon Cloud app on your device
• If prompted, tap the switches to turn permissions on (green) or off (gray), and then tap NEXT in the top right corner of the screen
2. Tap Get Started
• If prompted, enter the My Verizon password for the device, and then tap Sign in
• If prompted, enter the one-time PIN sent through email during first-time setup, and then tap Next
3. Check the box for each type of content you want Verizon Cloud to back up, and then tap Next in the top right corner
• Note: You may be prompted to set up your profile
4. Once the initial backup is complete, you can start managing your Verizon Cloud content through the app
• The first sync may take up to 48 hours, depending on the amount of content you have
