Candidate Privacy Notice

As used herein, “Cellular Sales” (and the corresponding terms “we,” “us,” and “our”) refers to Cellular Sales Management Group, LLC or Cellular Sales Services Group, LLC, as the context requires. Cellular Sales Management Group, LLC operates this website and its related systems. Cellular Sales Services Group, LLC is the employer of record for Cellular Sales personnel and assigns employees to its various operating affiliates.

This APPLICANT AND TALENT NETWORK PRIVACY NOTICE (this “Notice”) explains how Cellular Sales collects, uses, and protects personal information when you apply for a position with us or join our Talent Network.

1. Scope. This Notice applies to job applicants, candidates, and individuals who sign up to receive information about career opportunities at Cellular Sales (collectively, “you”). This Notice does not apply to current Cellular Sales employees, whose personal information is governed by separate employee-facing privacy notices and policies.

2. Information We Collect. The categories of personal information we collect depend on your relationship with us and the position for which you apply, and may include the following:

a. Talent Network Participants. When you join our Talent Network, we collect your name, email address, state or location, and primary area of interest. We use this information to send you updates about job opportunities that match your interests and location.

b. Job Applicants. When you apply for a position, we may collect additional information, including your contact details, work history, education, and other information you provide in your application. Depending on the role, we may also collect information through interviews, assessments, background checks, and references.

c. Voluntary Disclosures. We may invite you to voluntarily provide information about your gender, race, ethnicity, veteran status, or disability status for equal employment opportunity monitoring purposes. Providing this information is entirely voluntary, and declining will not affect your application.

3. How We Use Your Information. We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

Communicate with you about career opportunities;
Process and evaluate job applications;
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks as permitted by law;
Verify employment eligibility;
Comply with legal requirements, including equal employment opportunity reporting; and
Improve our recruiting processes.

4. How We Share Your Information. We may share your personal information with service providers who assist with our recruiting process, including our applicant tracking system provider, background check vendors, and assessment providers. We may also disclose your information as required by law, regulation, or legal process. We do not sell the personal information of job applicants or Talent Network participants.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information. We retain Talent Network information until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We retain job application information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice and to comply with applicable legal requirements.

6. Your Choices. You may unsubscribe from Talent Network communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at the address set forth in the “Contact Us” section below. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

7. Information for California Residents. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”). These rights include:

The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you;
The right to request deletion of your personal information;
The right to correct inaccurate personal information;
The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and
The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

The categories of personal information we collect include: (i) identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, and postal address); (ii) professional or employment-related information (such as work history, education, skills, and references); and (iii) protected classification characteristics (if voluntarily provided for equal opportunity monitoring purposes).
