Do not call policy

This Cellular Sales Do Not Call Policy is adopted by Cellular Sales Management Group, LLC and its related affiliates under common control (“Cellular Sales”).

Cellular Sales is committed to complying with applicable law, including without limitation the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, in the performance of its sales and marketing activities.

Cellular Sales may, from time to time, call its existing customers and others for purposes of promoting the goods and services it offers for sale. If you do not want to receive sales calls from Cellular Sales, you may simply request to be placed on the Cellular Sales Do Not Call List, and we will remove your information from our active call lists within 30 days following your request.

You may make your request in any of the following ways:

  • Notify us when you receive a call from us
  • Call us at: (877) 851-0649
  • E-mail us at reply@info.cellularsales.com
  • Write us at: Cellular Sales Privacy Office, 9040 Executive Park Drive, Knoxville, Tennessee 37923

When you make a request be sure to include your name, address, and all telephone numbers you want to be included on the Cellular Sales Do Not Call List.

If your information changes, please notify us of the new name, address, and telephone number(s) in order to remain on the Cellular Sales Do Not Call List.

If you would like us to remove you from the Cellular Sales Do Not Call List so you may receive our telephone solicitations, notify us by contacting Customer Service.

The Cellular Sales Do Not Call List applies only to Cellular Sales’ call activities and does not place you on the National Do Not Call List. If you would like to be included on the National Do Not Call List, you may do so by calling 1-888-382-1222, or online at www.donotcall.gov.

Being on the Cellular Sales Do Not Call List restricts telephone solicitations only. We may still contact you about service-related issues, surveys, billing, and other topics.

Cellular Sales may, from time to time, make telephone solicitations on behalf of another entity, such as Verizon Wireless. When making calls in that capacity, if you notify us to place you on the Do Not Call List, you will be placed on the other entity’s Do Not Call List, but you will not be placed on the Cellular Sales Do Not Call List. If you would like to be placed on the Verizon Wireless Do Not Call List, please follow the instructions provided at www.verizonwireless.com/legal/notices/do-not-call-policy/.
