At Cellular Sales, we’re proud to employ those who have served.

Transitioning from the military into the civilian workforce can be intimidating. It’s normal to be nervous or stressed about finding a new role and starting something new after serving.

We want to help prepare veterans for a meaningful career using the work ethic, strengths and skills they’ve learned on duty and set them up for future success. You’ve got what it takes to do anything you set your mind to, and that’s why we know you’ll be a valuable addition to our team. Check out our job postings and read about our company culture here.

Here are a few of the many reasons why we love to hire veterans and service members:

Teamwork

Veterans know what it means to work together towards a common objective. At Cellular Sales, teamwork is vital to building up your business. By working together, our employees make each other stronger, help one another reach team and individual goals, and better serve our customers.

Work ethic

Serving in the military requires a rock-solid work ethic. Effort, attitude and a strong work ethic are what produce results that will take your career to the next level at Cellular Sales. Not only will these values help you reach your personal and professional goals, but our customers will see the difference, too.

Service

Veterans have dedicated their lives, safety, and comfort to protecting and serving others. It’s this willingness to serve that we try and model in our stores when working with customers. Without our customers, we wouldn’t be where we are today.

Careers for Veterans

As a veteran, having a stable, fulfilling career is important to you. At Cellular Sales, we’ll help you gain valuable sales and workforce experience that you can take with you anywhere. You’ll have great earning potential, a flexible schedule, and endless potential for more training and career advancement opportunities. Plus, we offer full health benefits and 401(k). By joining the Cellular Sales team, you’re joining our family, too.

Career resources for Veterans

Transition App (iOS & Android)

Transition is an app created by Military.com that helps members of the Armed Forces, the National Guard and Reserve, and their spouses with the transition process. You can track your progress throughout the transition process with an interactive checklist, search for jobs and view upcoming job fairs. You can also translate your military skills to corresponding civilian occupations within the app.

VETS

Run by The U.S. Department of Labor, Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS) prepares America’s veterans, service members and their spouses for meaningful careers. It provides them with employment resources and expertise, protects their employment rights, and promotes new employment opportunities. Their website also provides resources to employers who are looking to hire service members and veterans.

Hire Heroes USA

Hire Heroes USA pairs veterans with a Transition Specialist, many of whom are also veterans and military spouses, and works with them to find employment. Their services are free, and most are offered virtually, so veterans can receive help anywhere.

Glassdoor (iOS & Android)

Glassdoor is a website and app that helps you research companies, compare salaries and prepare for interviews. It gives you access to thousands of anonymous reviews on companies from people who work there. As a result, you can find details about benefits, potential interview questions and more. Check out the Cellular Sales Glassdoor page.

Similarly, there are several other job search sites available that work the same way, such as Indeed. Check out the Cellular Sales Indeed page to see available job postings and company reviews.

LinkedIn (iOS & Android)

LinkedIn is a social networking site and virtual resume that showcases your skills, accomplishments, and experience. You can add classmates and colleagues to your network and easily apply to millions of job openings.

You can also follow companies and see what’s happening in the job industries you’re most interested in. It’s a great way to stay in touch with other professionals and build your network. Check out the Cellular Sales LinkedIn page for job postings, tech news and more.

You’ve got the skills and determination to do anything you set your mind to, including successfully transitioning into the civilian workforce. We are so thankful for your service and wish you the best of luck!
