Voice Assistant on smartphone

Staying organized using your smartphone’s voice assistant

If you’ve been staying home during quarantine, it can be easy to lose track of time… and what day it is. There’s an easy solution right in the palm of your hand – your smartphone’s voice assistant! Siri and Google Assistant can help you stay organized and remember important tasks throughout your day.

For iPhone users, just say “Hey Siri” followed by any task, appointment or reminder. Siri can also make phone calls, send text messages, translate foreign languages, check the weather, and launch apps.

You may need to turn the “Hey Siri” function on before you get started. Just visit your Settings, click “Siri and Search” and activate the Listen for Hey Siri option.

Android users have access to Google Assistant, which can perform all the same functions as Siri. To activate it, just say “OK, Google” or “Hey Google”.

The best part? Siri and Google Assistant helps you complete tasks completely hands-free, making multi-tasking easier. Use them to safely find a destination while driving or search for a recipe while cooking dinner.

It can be easy to lose your routine while in self-quarantine, but your smartphone’s voice assistant can help you stay on track.
