Never heard of any salesperson meeting a customer on his day off to solve a problem and exchange a phone..especially on a Sunday right after attending church..with his wife and two boys patiently waiting in the car for over one hour...but KEVIN RYAN of the Hilton Head Island SC store did just that for me on January15, 2012.  What a guy!  Thanks Kevin.

I just wanted to tell you how helpful Aaron Mudd in your Tri-county Mall store was. Top notch customer service, he made the whole process easy and simple, and he deserves a high five. Big ups to Aaron!

I would like to praise two of your Tampa based associates: Jennifer Juranko and Chris Logan. Jennifer went above and WAY beyond to assist me in my switch from T-Mobile. She is a genuinely nice person and very knowledgeable.  She made the transition easy and was eager and was always flexible and available to help. Chris has the most customer- oriented and pleasant personality I have experienced in a business transaction.  Both Jennifer and Chris are shining examples of star associates and would be beneficial to any sales/customer service situation. You are lucky to have them work for you! I would hire them in a second.  If any friends or co-workers need Verizon assistance, I will without a doubt send them to Jennifer and Chris.  They are Top-notch!

I am writing you to tell you what a pleasue it was to have Joe help  me w/my smart phone purchase yesterday.  He took the time to explain everything to me. He had no problem taking plenty of time to go over every little detail w/me since I was so new to the world of smart phones!  He has the patience of a saint!!I don't know if your company still gives a holiday bonus.......but he sure deserves one! Thank you,

This is my 4th/5th? visit to this store, Ive always had a great experience, but this time I thought I'd mention it!

Both Phil Hooper and Paul Meyer helped me with several issues and were both charming, helpful and made me laugh to boot. Well done all at the Port Everglades store.
