Delivery / Pick-Up
| A sales representative will contact the customer the same day if an online order is placed before 6pm in the time zone of the customer (next day, otherwise), in order to schedule delivery of the customer's phone. Same-day delivery is available for most orders placed before 2pm. Deliveries will generally be made only to locations within 60 miles of a Cellular Sales location. View store locations here. Pick-up orders will normally be available within 3 hours of customer contact.
No charges will be placed on your credit card or Verizon Wireless account upon placing an order on this website. Charges and transactions will take place upon delivery or pick-up. The delivering sales representative will provide a quick tutorial for how to use your new phone, as well as help you import the contact information from your old phone. Service representatives will also answer any questions you may have about your new plan or the extra features your new phone may have. |
