Verizon at CES - All Smartphones 4G LTE

At CES, Verizon announced that nearly all their mobile devices will operate on 4G LTE. This includes smartphones, tablets, hot sports, Netbook as well as Windows Phone and Blackberry devices. There are a few exceptions such as the 3G phones that operate on the push-to-talk network. While Verizon is predominantly associated with iPhone and Android, it will support Windows Phones in the future, but 4G is a "hard requirement" for the upcoming smartphones.
