Top-notch customer service

I would like to praise two of your Tampa based associates: Jennifer Juranko and Chris Logan. Jennifer went above and WAY beyond to assist me in my switch from T-Mobile. She is a genuinely nice person and very knowledgeable.  She made the transition easy and was eager and was always flexible and available to help. Chris has the most customer- oriented and pleasant personality I have experienced in a business transaction.  Both Jennifer and Chris are shining examples of star associates and would be beneficial to any sales/customer service situation. You are lucky to have them work for you! I would hire them in a second.  If any friends or co-workers need Verizon assistance, I will without a doubt send them to Jennifer and Chris.  They are Top-notch!
