I am writing you to tell you what a pleasue it was to have Joe help  me w/my smart phone purchase yesterday.  He took the time to explain everything to me. He had no problem taking plenty of time to go over every little detail w/me since I was so new to the world of smart phones!  He has the patience of a saint!!I don't know if your company still gives a holiday bonus.......but he sure deserves one! Thank you,
