I am writing to tell you about the wonderful experience I had at Verizon with your sales rep Danny Johnson on January 6, 2010 at the 5858 Greenville Ave Dallas TX location. I was previously with AT&T and was not very happy with the customer service or the prices. I have never been treated so well when purchasing cell phone service with Verizon. Danny was very knowledgeable and very patient, even when we had to call my Mom 3 times. I love my new phone and I'm very happy to be with Verizon. Thank you so much!!!
