Never heard of any salesperson meeting a customer on his day off to solve a problem and exchange a phone..especially on a Sunday right after attending church..with his wife and two boys patiently waiting in the car for over one hour...but KEVIN RYAN of the Hilton Head Island SC store did just that for me on January15, 2012.  What a guy!  Thanks Kevin.
