Canalysis listed android as the top selling smartphone platform worldwide in Q4 2010. Android operating system updates have been named after desserts and in alphabetical order (Cupcake, Donut, Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, and Ice Cream Sandwich).
